OKI Colour Multifunction Printers

The MC554dn is OKI’s A4 colour all-in-one: print, copy, scan and fax in a single machine.

It prints 32ppm single-sided in colour or mono, 16ppm double-sided, with a first page out in 8.4 seconds colour and 7.4 mono. Paper handling is generous for the class. The 500 sheet main tray takes a full ream at once, with a 50 sheet multi-purpose tray for envelopes, labels and heavier stock.

Connection covers USB, network and Bluetooth. Fax runs at 33.6Kbps. Automatic double-sided printing is standard, which halves paper use on internal documents without anyone remembering to switch it on. Windows and Mac are both supported.

At 600 x 600dpi this is built for business documents rather than graphics work. If you produce marketing material or labels where colour accuracy is the point, our colour laser printers print at 1200dpi. For production runs, look at the Pro Series.

For everything else, invoices, reports, scanned contracts and copied paperwork, it does the job without fuss.
