Two things cause most wrong orders.
Toner and drum are separate items on most OKI machines. The toner holds the powder and is replaced often. The drum transfers it to the page and lasts through several toners. Prints going pale overall means toner. Repeating marks, faded bands or streaks usually mean the drum, and a new toner will not fix it.
Capacity varies within the same model. Many cartridges come in standard and high yield versions under different part numbers. High yield costs more per cartridge and less per page, so compare page yield rather than headline price.
