How to qualify for OKI's extended warranty

The Product Lifetime Warranty Programme is managed through the MyOKI portal. Customers can register their printer, record qualifying toner purchases and keep track of their warranty information online.

1. Register your printer within 60 days

Register your eligible printer through the MyOKI portal within 60 days of purchase.

You’ll need the following information:

  • Your printer’s model and serial number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Your contact details

Remember, warranty registration isn’t automatic, so it’s important to complete this step within the specified timeframe.

2. Register genuine OKI toner every year

To maintain eligibility, you must purchase and register at least one genuine OKI toner cartridge each year, starting with the first year of registration.

OKI will verify the toner details to ensure they meet the programme’s requirements. Third-party and compatible toner cartridges are not eligible.

3. Renew your warranty annually

Once your annual requirements have been completed and verified, your warranty can be extended by a further 12 months.

Repeat this process each year to maintain your cover, up to the maximum warranty period or page limit applicable to your printer.
